Winona-Ryder

Winona Ryder is the professionally-known name given to Winona Laura Hoowitz who was birthed within Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her for the town she grew up in. His father Michel Horowitz and her mother Cynthia Palmer were authors and editors. Ryder is a self-described Jewish and descends from Ryder's Jewish father. The actress is the younger sister of Uria and two half-siblings Jubal as well as Sunyata. Ryder's parents relocated her and their children to Mendocino County California when Ryder turned seven.
