Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny March. 3 50, 1950) is an acclaimed American actor. The actress gained fame in the late 1970s and into the 1980s when she played performances in a variety of television shows that she presented a glamourous image. Fairchild began her career in Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. In 1978 she appeared on the primetime soap opera Dallas for the first time as the actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Television Series Drama). Fairchild also starred in ABC's short-lived premiertime drama Paper Dolls. Then in 1985-1986, she played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild also appeared in the stage, and also playing guest roles on TV shows such as Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. The actress was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her part in this show. She serves as a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
